ChildCare Share is a non-profit childcare support organization that promotes quality childcare and provides childcare providers with support as well as In-service training opportunities to further improve themselves in the childcare field. 

Our membership consists of various levels of experience, education and professional training which range from accredited, college degree, teaching certification, parenting experiences, and current involvement in early childhood education. We will continue to support and improve the quality of childcare and are committed to assisting families and childcare providers in their partnerships as parents and caregivers.

The Philosophy of Childcare Share is to develop friendships, lend emotional support, to meet the needs of the family childcare provider by networking and supporting each other and promoting a higher standard of professionalism; exchange ideas, and offer encouragement and inspiration for the Childcare Professional.

• Offering monthly in-service training opportunities so they are better able to meet the needs of the families and children they care for therefore helping all children experience success.

• To offer the provider the tools needed to experience success.

• To offer scholarships for educational development

• To create opportunities that strengthens and supports 'parent/provider' partnerships

• To assist in obtaining any federal, state or private funds to be used in State licensed family childcare home
